Yes, our titles are available in multiple languages. Available subtitle languages can be found in the player settings. Currently, subtitles include English, Indonesian, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, and Portugese.

V+Short is only available in mobile to maintain your best viewing experience. You can download the app on Android and iOS through Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

You can search for series by using the search feature on the Home Page. Tap the search icon, then enter a title, actor name, or genre. You can also save content to your list for later viewing.
I accidentally made a purchase. What do I do?
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. You can request a refund through their respective support or purchase history. Your report has also been noted for review.
What are coins used for?
Coins are used to unlock individual episodes.
Why are there two coin balances?
Purchased coins come from top-ups, while reward coins are earned through events and daily tasks. When unlocking episodes, purchased coins are used first, followed by reward coins.
How can I purchase coins?
Go to Account > Coin Balance, then tap Top Up Coins.
How can I check my coin balance?
You can check your complete coin details by going to Account > Coin Balance. Since each coin follows the validity period terms from the time it was purchased or received, you can view its validity period by tapping Purchase History or Rewards History on that page.
What is the difference between each history section?
Rewards History shows coins earned through events and daily tasks.
Purchase History shows your coin purchase records.
Coin Usage History shows episodes and items unlocked with coins.
